By accessing or using Image3x, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.
Important: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Image3x. Please read them carefully.
To use Image3x, you must create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your password
Be responsible for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be at least 18 years old to create an account
You agree NOT to use Image3x for any of the following purposes:
• Free Credits: Available on signup
• Credit Packs: Pay-as-you-go pricing
• No Expiry: Credits never expire
• Instant Activation: Credits added immediately after purchase
• Refunds: Within 7 days of unused credit purchase
Price Changes: We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing purchased credits are not affected.
You retain all rights to content you create using Image3x. By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to:
Image3x and all its features, design, code, and AI models are owned by Image3x and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform.
Content generated by our AI is provided "as-is". You acknowledge that:
AI-generated content may contain errors. Always review before publishing.
You're responsible for content you publish, even if AI-generated.
Ensure AI content complies with laws and platform policies.
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.
Each tool has specific credit costs. Using credits appropriately ensures fair usage for all users.
You may cancel your account anytime from Settings. Upon cancellation, remaining credits are forfeited. Data will be deleted 30 days after cancellation.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk. We'll provide notice when possible.
CONTENTZY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Image3x shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
